About us?

We are a small software development studio. We focus our efforts on manufacturing quality software to help solve problems for our customers. Generally, we make software as it ends up being part of the day-to-day life of our clients, to whom we continue to support, maintain it and constantly seek to improve it. Therefore, we do not participate as mere suppliers, but we actively integrate and collaborate in the day-to-day life of those who trust us.

Our forte has always been corporate mobility, but we like to bring Apps to life with a backend to match. We also have a web frontend from time to time.

What are we looking for?

We are building a solid team of full-stack developers, passionate about applying technology to improve business processes. We have several projects on the table and we want to give them a boost, because there are already others waiting.

For this position we are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience developing software. Don’t worry if you don’t know the tools that you will see below. You will have training and colleagues who will help you use them with ease. If you already have experience with them, it will be easier for you with the tools that you will see below.

The goal is for you to integrate into the team and in a short time help to improve it and you can continue to grow.

What do we order?

Our current stack is made up of Titanium for Apps and Laravel for web and APIs, but we are already into Flutter. So JavaScript, PHP and Dart will be the main programming languages that we would like you to know about. AnyPoint from MuleSoft has come our way, so if you know it, it’s a plus. Designing and consuming APIs is part of our day to day. Therefore, dealing with tools like Postman or Insomnia is always good.

Our philosophy is that to make good software you have to understand the problem to which we intend to solve. Your ability to analyze and your empathy with users is key to making each line of code help to be in line with the objectives of our clients.

We also think that you have to work to live and not live to work. To achieve this, it is enough to be responsible, fulfill commitments and work as a team.

What plan do we have?

During the first month you will have an onboarding to learn about the projects and the methodology. You will take several courses on Udemy to acquire the basic knowledge that will allow you to integrate into the team.

After 3 months you will have collaborated with your colleagues in a sprint of some of our projects and you will be ready to be part of the next one.

After 6 months we hope that you can function normally using the tools and have participated in a sprint. All set to pick up cruising speed.

In 1 year you will be ready to be a 100% Full-Stack Developer of LinkedBytes, you will have seen our clients’ staff on the street using Apps in which you have participated and you will be prepared to increase your skills and competencies. You will be one of the team and you will appear among the companions of the last section of this offer.
